## Refund policy

- **Automatic refunds in credits**: if the AI provider fails, credits are returned instantly
- **USD refunds**: available for purchases within 7 days where credits have not been consumed (FASE 36)
- **Non-refundable**: subjective dissatisfaction with output quality, or accounts terminated for ToS violations
- **No expiration**: credits never expire by inactivity
